Site SoCal 2011 Board of Directors – first call for nominations PDF Print E-mail

The Chapter elections for our 2011 Board of Directors will again take place in late November and the new Board will take office effective January 1, 2011.

This year, we will have several incumbent Board members who are stepping down at the completion of their term of office. We are therefore starting the process to identify possible candidates earlier than usual.

2010 Board of Directors Announced PDF Print E-mail

Congratulations to Vicki Kern (JNR Incorporated) who was elected to the Site Southern California board of directors, effective 2010. We wish to thank Geraldine Hayes (TBA Global) and Bridget Marnane Katz (World Class Travel by Invitation) who also ran for the one position which the 2009 board made available. Voting for the 2010 board of directors ran from November 18 to December 3, 2009.

Approved to remain in office were standing directors: Brigitte Lundrigan (Fairmont & Raffles Resorts), who will assume the presidency in 2010; Nigel Bramich (WOW Collection), who steps down to immediate past president; Kim Hester (JNR Incorporated); Constance Hoffman (Marriott & Ritz-Carlton Individual Incentives); Jennifer Shafer (Hyatt Resorts Hawaii); Geraldine Gatehouse (independent planner); Gabriel Haigazian (Creative Travel Planners); Darrell Benning (San Diego Travel Group); Denise Dornfeld (PRA Destination Management); John Ehlenfeldt (Canadian Tourism Commission).
