The meetings and hospitality industry touches on so many facets of the economy that we need to be acutely aware of political policies, both domestic and foreign, and the way they impact meetings, travel, and the hospitality industry as a whole. This meeting's speaker, author and political consultant Dinesh D’Souza, will address these topics. This will by no means be a donkey vs. elephant conversation; the outcome of the upcoming election will affect us as a whole, whether Democrat, Republican, or any other party member.
By most people’s standards, Dinesh D'Souza made a success of himself
very young in life. At age 26, he was advising President Reagan on
issues such as civil rights, constitutional questions, and AIDS and
prior to that he was managing editor of the magazine Policy Review.
The World Affairs Council lists him as one of the nation's 500 leading
