How effective is your communication technique? In this highly interactive breakfast and workshop session, you will learn about your own Behavior Style and more importantly, the style of the people you manage, sell to and work with.

She offers her expertise in sales, customer service, organizational savvy, time and stress management and presentations skills. Ann has worked with many companies including Avon, Amtrak, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Fairmont Hotels, Goldman Sachs, LVMH, Metropolitan Hotels, Pfizer, Reuters, Rocky Mountain Railtours, Saxon Publishing, Selective Insurance, Tiffany & Co. and Toronto Dominion Bank. Ann has earned Disney Certification, an MBA from Queen’s University and Honors, Bachelor of Commerce Degree, University of Guelph.
