Thank you once again for all the support of the Holiday Event. What a great time we had! We gave away every raffle prize and sold all auction items, silent and live! Actually we sold an extra live auction package thanks to Ted Brady of Emirate Airlines. Having won the Dubai raffle prize which included Emirate tickets, Ted generously gave it back to us to auction off, and helped us raise another $9,500! Final figures from the Holiday Event are anticipated around mid-January.

It is absolutely an honor and a privilege to serve as your 2010 President for Site Southern California and I thank you, our members, for the trust and faith you have given me and our enthusiastic and dynamic Board of Directors for 2010. When I look back to my first ‘dance’ with Site it was to co-chair the 2004 Holiday Luncheon and it was there, when I felt the energy and saw the amazing group of hospitality professionals that came together, that I was hooked and knew I had to be a part of this amazing organization.

The Mission of SITE-SoCal

The Southern California chapter of the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) is dedicated to developing the highest level of professionalism through networking, education, communication and support to those employed in the incentive travel, meetings and motivation industry. Site-SoCal also promotes adherence to best practices and a specific code of ethics set forth by SITE International.
